MY FIRST race of the 2016 triathlon season on Sunday 12th June in the TriWhite Cup at Pilar de Horadada. My swim time was much improved, bike was below par and the run was slow. Perhaps the wedding anniversary + birthday party the day before wasn't such a good idea.
